Returns and Refund
Our policy lasts 10 days. You have ten days (10 days) after receiving your order to decide if you want to keep or return your item. If the said 10 days have gone, you no longer have the rights to request either a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- must be unused, unwashed and undamaged;
- must be in new condition or in the same condition that you received it; and
- must also be in the original packaging.
For eligible returned items, to complete your return smoothly to us, we would like to have an original receipt or proof of purchase. If possible, please write us briefly and informally the reason for your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless you receive a return confirmation from us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Return address will be advised to you depending on actual case.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will give you a call or send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
For your convenience, we offer different refund options for you to choose from:
1. A full refund as coupon code equally to a full price of the product; or
2. Replacement for a wrong or defective product sent.
In the event of late or failure to refunds within agreed time limit, we would like you to check firstly your email or personal account on www.phsar121.com. It may take some time before your coupon appears on your account, email or to your phone. In case of not receiving any coupon refund even if you have done all of above suggestions, please contact us at email@example.com or 070 411 121.
We only replace item(s) on the condition that the items are defective or damaged which is caused, mistaken by the original place selling the ordered items. We want to make it right for you. If you received a defective or incorrect product, please call or email us and provide the following details:
1. Order number
2. Item conditions (wrong or defective item)
3. The SKU number attached to the product or packaging
Items Ineligible for Returns/Exchanges or Refunds:
Please note that several types of perishable goods are exempt from being returned, exchanged and refunded including but not limited to food, flowers, beauty products, lingerie (including shapewear and body shapers), hosiery, socks, swimwear, toiletries, jewelries, headphones, headsets, earphones, international products, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable/exchangeable and non-refundable items:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
• Promotional items or Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Any cost on delivery/shipping of returned items or exchanged items is not covered by us. It is your responsible for such cost once you wish to return or exchange items.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that items shipped from overseas are not applicable for returns, exchanges or refunds unless damaged or defective which is caused or mistaken by the original place selling the ordered items. In case you order is the warranty international product, the customer must responsible the cost of the international shipping.

*Phsar121 reserves the right to withhold any refunds if your returned item has not reached our warehouse.
*If your exchanged item is no longer available, we will proceed to refund you fully in coupon credit.
